Torgerson Properties, the largest hotel company in the state of Minnesota, has a position available for our Eagan Campus of hotels. We have an opening for our Campus Director of Sales position, selling for all three hotels and managing our campus sales department. Our Eagan Campus consists of a Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites. The successful candidate will be aggressive, proactive and strategic in the approach to the Eagan market. In addition, the candidate will need to possess leadership and mentoring skills to continue to develop our sales team. The Campus Director of Sales will be charged with achieving the hotel's revenue and market share goals. The successful candidate will bring energy, passion, enthusiasm & confidence to the role. While the Campus DOS will work independently on a daily basis, he/she will have the support of their General Managers and the VP of Sales. Previous hotel sales experience strongly preferred. Experience with extended stay a plus! Must have the ability to build relationships with clients, identify and pursue opportunities for new business and have strong follow up skills. Must have excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to manage complex projects and deadlines and work as part of a team.

Assistant General Manager

The Hotel Assistant General Manager is responsible for assuring high quality services through management/leadership of the front desk, floor management of the entire hotel premise. Duties include hands on and coverage for shifts at the front desk, exceeding and training staff to exceed guest expectations. Full-time salaried position.

Campus Chief Maintenance Engineer

The Holiday Inn and Austin Campus is accepting applications for the position of Campus Chief Maintenance Engineer. This position will oversee the maintenance of the Holiday Inn, Torge's Sports Pub, Harvest Buffet, Austin Conference Center, Days Inn and Perkins Restaurant. The Chief Maintenance Engineer is responsible for directing the maintenance of equipment, buildings and grounds while achieving established financial and customer goals. Job Requirements: This leader should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Engineering / Maintenance, Hotel Engineering experience preferred, must be willing to relocate to the Austin area and should possess good leadership and organizational skills.
